The length of stay is seven
nights. Whereas travel arrangements to and from Florence are the responsibility
of each participant, we will assist in arrangements, if desired. Upon
arrival in Florence, you will be met for your trip to the hotel. Your
plans should enable you to arrive in time for the lunchtime meal.
In addition to the cooking classes, you will visit the museum of a famous
shoe manufacturer. There will be a trips to one of Italy's most prestigious
wineries for tastings and lunch, and to producers of cheese and olive
oil. A highlight of the week will be La Notte a Firenze (The Night in
Florence). All meals, not taken in the cooking classes, will be in the
charming osterie, taverne or castles of Florence and the region of Tuscany.
